 Micro-Hardness = 3500 Vickers Application = High Strength Steel, Stainless Steel

Cromaxx

 Co-efficient Friction = 0.3 Cr with Additives (Silver)
 Thickness = 7-9 um Therm Limit = 1550°F
Micro-hardness = 3100 Vickers 

Application = Aluminum Die Cast, Forming Aluminum and Plastic Injection Moulding

TiCN

 Co-efficient Friction = 0.2 TiCN Layered (Blue)
 Thickness = 3-6 um Therm Limit = 750°F
 Micro-Hardness = 3500 Vickers Application = Piercing, Cold Forming, Forming Aluminum

OMEGA

 Co-efficient Friction = 0.3 Dark Grey
 Thickness = 10 um Therm Limit = 1650°F
 Micro-Hardness = 3600 Vickers

TiN Duplex

 Co-efficient Friction = 0.6 TiN (Gold)
 Thickness = 2-4 um Therm Limit = 900°F
 Micro-Hardness = 2300 Vickers

Application = Punching / Forming of iron based materials

X-TND

 Co-efficient Friction = 0.3 Duplex Hard Carbon
 Thickness = 9-18 um Therm Limit = 1500°F
 Micro-Hardness = 1200 Vickers Application = Stamping / Cutting / Al Diecast Casting, H-13, Low Alloy
